For over three decades, 3 EFFE has stood out in the sector of design and production of molds for plastic materials, thanks to an approach that combines artisan tradition and technological innovation. The efficiency of our production organization is the result of years of continuous improvements, aimed at optimizing every phase of the production cycle and responding precisely to the technical needs of our customers.

The fulcrum of our production activity is represented by the technical office, equipped with the most advanced technologies and a team of highly qualified specialists, this department develops tailor-made solutions that start from the specific needs of each customer. Through a sophisticated use of latest generation design software, such as Vero International, and a large network of dedicated computers, the technical office is able to quickly transform ideas into detailed executive projects, ready to be created in our production departments .

Production is structured into three main departments, each specialized in a specific phase of the process: the workshop, where the molds take shape; the testing area, dedicated to technical tests on the molds created; and the molding department, where the finished products are tested with new equipment to ensure the highest quality.

Each department is equipped with cutting-edge equipment that favors the professional contribution of the staff, allowing us to work both on the creation of prototypes and on the production of specific equipment to design.
